Weekly Beginner’s Tai Chi class is intended for beginners with little or no experience of Tai Chi. We will be learning a Qigong for health called ‘Shibashi ’ and 6 form Tai Chi. Both are easy to learn, relaxing and very enjoyable. As we all learn in different ways, the emphasis of the class is to learn at your own pace in a relaxed, fun and supportive environment.
